TERMS AND CONDITIONS (T&C)

This Site is owned and managed by BULGOGI MALAYSIAN KPOPSHOP! Please read the following carefully as it contains terms and conditions that are part of your agreement with Bulgogi Malaysian Kpopshop (BMK) in the event that you proceed with a purchase. The use of this site is governed by the terms and conditions set out herein and by proceeding with a purchase using this site, you shall be deemed to accept these terms and conditions.

GENERAL

1. All items listed are PRE-ORDER items, otherwise stated and listed in READY STOCK page. 
2. Serious buyers/customers only. No order cancellation once order form has been submitted. 
3. CDs, DVDs, photobooks and other official merchandises are Japan/Korea version (imported) and original-sealed. CDs and DVDs sales will be reflected on Hanteo Chart (Korea), GAON Chart (Korea) and ORICON Chart (Japan). 
4. All prices listed are final and non-negotiable. Shipping charges will be calculated according to the weight of the packaging and contents along with the location of the shipping address.
5. Poster's availability will depend on suppliers' stocks. ALL POSTERS ARE WHILE STOCKS LAST! Customers can opt for poster-in-tube or folded poster. However, poster-in-tube will require additional shipping cost. 
6. Pre-order batch period ends on every 30th/31st each month. For Korea items, ordered items' estimated time arrival at our place is within 14-28 working days after pre-order batch ended or items' release date. For Japan items, ordered items' estimated time arrival at our place is within 14-28 working days after pre-order batch ended or items' release date. Delay of shipment (usually 3-7 working days) may happen sometimes due to unexpected delay of items' collection in Korea / Japan and shipping from Korea / Japan.

PAYMENT

Payment for orders can be made via online banking, bank transfer or cash deposit. Goods will only be dispatched upon receipt of full payment for the cost of purchase and delivery charges. 

DELIVERY

Delivery charges are the responsibility by the customer who purchases the good and fees commence with a minimum applicable fee and may vary from time to time.

All reasonable efforts to deliver your order will be made by Bulgogi Malaysian Kpopshop. However, customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to receive delivery and sign for the same.Bulgogi Malaysian Kpopshop shall not be responsible for delivery being received by unauthorized persons. Any cost for re-delivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.

Any damage or loss to the goods during carriage or delivery to the nominated address or after meet-ups of the customer will not be the responsibility of Bulgogi Malaysian Kpopshop and there will be no refunds.

Please DO NOT rush us for your items. We have the rights to not entertain spams and rude demands. We will update via our Facebook/Instagram page once your good(s) have arrived. 

RETURNS & REFUND

STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION UPON ORDER SUBMITTED! 

 All goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable.

In the event of damaged, missing or incorrect goods received, these matters must be reported to Bulgogi Malaysian Kpopshop within 48 hours after receiving item. This can be done via email to bulgogikpopshop@gmail.com and your email will be replied within 48 hours from the receipt of your email.

In the event that incorrect goods are delivered, Bulgogi Malaysian Kpopshop shall have no responsibility to replace the same in the event that the goods are removed from their packaging. Any delivery charges paid earlier are not refundable.

CUSTOM TAX

In the event that the goods get held at the customs, custom tax charges are the responsibility by the customer(s) who purchases the goods (but most of the time, our goods do not get held at customs!).

DISCLAIMER

Bulgogi Malaysian Kpopshop will make a reasonable effort to ensure that shipping information, product price(s), product description(s) and other information on this site is correct. However, Bulgogi Malaysian Kpopshop cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information and makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. Bulgogi Malaysian Kpopshop will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from the use of this site, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential loss or damage.

You agree to indemnify and hold Bulgogi Malaysian Kpopshop and its partners, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, costs or expenses of any kind, including attorney's fees and/or other fees or expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this website.

Bulgogi Malaysian Kpopshop does not have control of and cannot guarantee that any content on third party links from this website will be safe from viruses, inaccurate information, or inflammatory material.

Bulgogi Malaysian Kpopshop may withdraw items from sale and alter prices, products and or details of product specifications at its discretion and without notice. Bulgogi Malaysian Kpopshop reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time and without notice. All changes are effective upon posting at this website.

Posters are subject to availability in Korea/Japan and are given free of charge. Bulgogi Malaysian Kpopshop will not be liable for any posters that go out of stock. No refunds will be given as well.

Bulgogi Malaysian Kpopshop will not be responsible if supplier scams us and goes MIA (but our supplier has been really reliable!). No refunds will be given as well.

Please also take note that actual colours of the products appearing on your monitor may differ according to your monitor's settings. These terms and conditions should be read with the other terms and conditions applicable to the use of this web site.
