F.A.Q. (FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION)


Here are the list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on our blog shop and the answers. 

1. What is the difference of ready stock and pre-orders?
Ready stock means we already have the stock on hand. You will receive the item 2-3 days after payment has been made. Pre-orders means you are ordering straight from our supplier's catalogue. We will order from our supplier based on your order.

2. How fast can I get my items?
All pre-order batch in Bulgogi Malaysian Kpopshop closes on every 30th/31st each month. It takes around 2 to 3 weeks for the items to reach me. Thus, you will receive your items within 4 weeks (not including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays) after pre-order batch closed. Sometimes it does take longer than the estimated time due to certain reasons like items are out of stock and have to wait for a new one or the items are held at custom.

3. What happens if the pre-order item I have ordered is out of stock?
Don't worry. We will fully refund you the amount that you have paid.

4. Are the CDs, DVDs and Photobooks original items?
Yes, all CDs, DVDs and Photobooks listed in Shernelle Kpop Store are original-sealed and imported from Japan or South Korea.

5. Are all CDs and DVDs' sales reflected on main sales chart?
Yes, all sales will be reflected on Hanteo and GAON Chart for Korean albums, and ORICON Chart for Japanese albums.

6. How to pay for my order?
You can pay your order to our Maybank/CIMB bank accounts through online banking, cash deposit machine (CDM), or bank transfer. 

7. Can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. With the tracking number you can trace through Pos Laju (http://www.pos.com.my/pos/appl/service/sub_poslaju.asp). You can also check your order status by providing us your Order ID. and we will get back to you with latest updates as soon as possible.

8. Where do you deliver to?
ONLY in Malaysia. Which is only in West Malaysia and East Malaysia.

9. Do I get charged for the delivery service?
Prices listed are all EXCLUDING (shipping, packing etc.) for Peninsular Malaysia. This shipping cost will depend on your item/order's weight. Kindly check with us for more information on the shipping cost. We will charge the exact rates that have been applied to us by our courier partner. 

10. I want to get some items but it's not listed in your site, can you get it for me?
