PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

PAYMENT

1. Prices listed are excluding (shipping, packing etc.) for Peninsular Malaysia. The shipping cost will depend on your item/order's weight. Kindly email us for more information on the shipping cost.
2. For pre-order items, customers need to pay in full payment upon order confirmation. Payment details and other information will be stated in confirmation email. 
3. For ready stock items, customers need to pay in full payment too upon order confirmation. Payment details and other information will be stated in confirmation email.
4. Payment must be made to our MAYBANK bank account through Online Banking, Bank Transfer or Cash Deposit Machine (CDM). 
5. Customers MUST ATTACH or COPY-AND-PASTE the TRANSACTION PROOF/RECEIPT to our EMAIL ONLY for verification purposes. Payment will not be confirmed until the transaction proof is sent to our EMAIL. 
6. Order No. will be issued to customers after your order is confirmed by us. Any inquiries for order status or updates, kindly provide us your Order No. and we will get back to you with latest updates as soon as possible.

SHIPPING

2. All item(s) (included poster-in-tube) will be shipped using Poslaju service provided by Pos Malaysia.  Poster-in-tube will be shipped together with ordered items. 
3. Poslaju normally takes 1-3 working days to make delivery to your doorstep. Tracking number for Poslaju will be updated to customers by email. Please track your Poslaju parcel at http://www.pos.com.my/pos/appl/service/sub_poslaju.asp.
4. We shall not be responsible for any losses or damages caused during shipping. 

PACKING

1. CDs, DVDs, Photobooks etc. will be packed in bubble wraps and poly mailers before shipping.
2. Soft and light items (depending on size and weight) will be packed in bubble wraps and envelopes before shipping.
3. Posters will be rolled and packed in poster tube before shipping, or folded and shipped together with ordered items.
